Studi Literatur: Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Work-Life Balance

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi work-life balance. Metode digunakan dalam studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan beberapa sumber terdahulu membahas terkait Hasil ditemukan tiga faktor besar balance yaitu Individual, organisasi, dan kehidupan. Cukup banyak area dipengaruhi oleh tingkat para pekerja, di mana area-area tersebut akan sangat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan organisasi maupun pekerjanya. diharapkan memberikan gambaran perusahaan, pimpinan, pekerja balance, sehingga dilakukan upaya meningkatkannya.
